Trains and buses travelling from major airport terminals are densely crowded and busy, often meaning inaccessibility for visitors with special travelling requirements such as wheelchairs and prams, those carrying luggage, and families with young children. It can be a tight and uncomfortable squeeze and can lead to spending up to hours standing in the train carriages.

Japan also has a complex range of train and subway systems, and most accommodation destinations require more than one mode of public transport to reach. Even for seasoned travellers, mapping out paths and routes can quickly become confusing and stressful.

When you’re ready, we will help you bring your luggage to our private cars, where our drivers will greet you and ensure you’re comfortably settled in before driving. We offer a range of vehicles, meaning we have room for groups of various numbers, carrying a range of different baggage sizes as well. We also offer up to two complimentary child seats, meaning your little ones can enjoy a comfortable and safe drive on their big trip too!
