A day of fun at Numata City, Gunma Precture, 2hours drive from Tokyo First stop at Kawaba Den En Plaza, one of the top 10 roadside stations in Japan! Spacious with a variety of restaurants ranging from soba, to pizza! We had seasonal pizza with corn and fresh mozzarella cheese. Gunma is fresh for their dairy products! Large and spacious area, perfect for children to run around and have fun! Next stop, enjoying the seasonal lavender at Tambara Lavender Park! Enjoy stunning photo spots, cool breezes, and a charming ropeway ride Savor a fizzy lavender drink with konyaku jelly and delicious lavender ice cream Gunma is well known for their fruits!! Like apples and peaches, pears and grapes~ We enjoyed peach picking.
