How do I make a booking with TokudAw?
To make a booking with TokudAw, you can submit a form via this link or selecting “contact us” on our homepage. This infographic from our Facebook page overviews our 6-step process and what to expect after you submit your inquiry. You first will receive a quote based on your input. To secure our services, a 50% deposit confirms your booking and allows is to reserve the team’s time for you and begin customizing your journey. Then, we work to customize your plan. 14 days before your journey, final conformation will occur and payment will be collected. Finally, the day of your trip arrives and we support you on-the-ground, monitoring travel conditions and checking in with the team with you.
